Pillar Groups

The FAIMI Pillar Groups of Faith Assembly Impart Ministry International are strategic fellowship, discipleship, and leadership structures established to promote spiritual growth, unity, evangelism, and effective administration within the ministry.
The Pillar Groups represent the core values of FAIMI and provide a platform where members can grow in faith, develop relationships, discover their purpose, serve God, and actively participate in winning souls for Christ.
Each pillar carries a unique identity, colour representation, spiritual meaning, and mandate that reflects the vision and values of the ministry.

GRACE PILLAR - RED

Theme: "Unmovable, Unshakable"

The Faith Pillar represents complete trust and confidence in God. It reflects a life that stands firm regardless of challenges, trials, or circumstances.

The colour White represents purity, holiness, righteousness, and a life transformed through faith in Jesus Christ.

The Faith Pillar is committed to raising believers who are spiritually strong, deeply rooted in God's Word, and unmovable in their commitment to Christ.

FAITH PILLAR — WHITE

Theme: "Unmovable, Unshakable"

GRATITUDE PILLAR — BLUE

Theme: "Always Grateful, Always Joyful"
The Gratitude Pillar represents a heart of thanksgiving, appreciation, and recognition of God's goodness and faithfulness.
The colour Blue represents God's faithfulness, His presence, and His heavenly purpose for His people.
The Gratitude Pillar is committed to cultivating a lifestyle of praise, thanksgiving, joy, and celebration of God's blessings in every season. 

RIGHTEOUSNESS PILLAR - GOLD

Theme: "Clean in Heart"

The Righteousness Pillar represents a life dedicated to holiness, integrity, purity, and reflecting the character of God.

The colour Gold represents glory, excellence, value, and the precious nature of a life committed to God's righteousness.

The Righteousness Pillar is committed to raising believers with pure hearts, godly character, and a lifestyle that honours God.

Pillar Leadership Responsibilities

Each FAIMI Pillar Group is led by appointed leaders who are responsible for the spiritual development, growth, and administration of their respective pillars.
The responsibilities of Pillar Leaders include:
    • Leading members in evangelism and soul winning.
    • Encouraging spiritual growth and discipleship.
    • Building unity and fellowship among members.
    • Organising pillar activities, meetings, and programmes.
    • Providing care, support, and encouragement to members.
    • Managing the administration and coordination of pillar activities.
    • Identifying, training, and developing future leaders.
    • Expanding the pillar by welcoming and integrating new members.
The vision of the FAIMI Pillar Groups is to build a strong, united, and growing church family where every believer is connected, equipped, and empowered to serve God and impact lives.
